The popular street food is coming back to Sneinton Market exclusively to the summer months, with their outdoor pop-up food event for the third year.

The Street Food Club first location is in the Victoria Centre upstairs with a 4.6 strong rating from customers reviews praising the food. The reason an outdoor venue became a reality is because of Covid-19 restrictions which forced food fans outside.

“It’s a mini Borough Market”

Eleanor Callaghan, local resident

One visitor, Eleanor Callaghan, says it reminds her of a smaller version of Borough Market in London with the variety of foods and small businesses available.

Blend is her favourite place to sit inside and study when the weather is not pleasant enough to sit outside.

Notts Street Food superfan, Mik Webster, explains  why Pradthai is his favourite food.

Nathan Wilson, who founded the The Street Food Club, also runs the creative studio Mimm in Broad Street, a black-led creative studio which explores heritage through clothing, music, arts and events.

Getting into the street food club is free. Visitors to the market can choose from a range of independent Nottingham-based businesses.

This location also includes DJs and live music performances as well as the variety of foods on offer.

They make their return on Sunday 1st May with DirtyChicken, El Contador and Hip-Hop Food Shop on the menu.
