The MET Office has issued two yellow weather warnings for Nottinghamshire this week.
Nottinghamshire will be expecting very strong winds with warnings in place from 12pm Friday until 6pm on Saturday.
The weather is expected to cause disruption to transport and some short term loss of power in some areas.
Gusts of up to 60mph are expected to strengthen through Friday, while rain will spread east early on Friday, gradually becoming persistent and heavy.
Weather will ease on Saturday and lead into a chilly Sunday with sunshine and showers.
Two yellow warnings have been released for the weekend, starting at midday on Friday and finishing 6pm on Saturday. Will you be inside this weekend? #CBJNews
