Nutrition and Hydration week is upon us, with the NHS dispensing gallons of water and showers of vitamins. Here’s some nutritious info to whet your appetite for healthy living.
How much water you should drink varies depending on which health source you look at, from 2 litres to even a gallon being recommended. What isn’t in question, however, is the good drinking water does for your body.
Chugging two litres of water a day is much easier said than done, however. Adding fruit, lettuce and herbal tea to your hydration routine can make it that bit easier.
