Trams heading towards Clifton were delayed this morning after a passenger fell ill and needed an ambulance. The rush hour stoppage lasted ten minutes, but created further delays to services.
The trams between The Forest park and ride and the Old Market Square were disrupted from around 8:50am after a passenger fell ill and an ambulance was called.
Nottingham City Transport bus services were accepting tram tickets on behalf of NET to help passengers who were running late, complete their journeys.
At 9.05am a Nottingham Tram spokesman said the trams were back up and running, but that there were still delays to services.
