Australian pop singer, Conrad Sewell has been announced as the new voice of Coca Cola. Last year saw the rising star support Jess Glynne on her UK tour, performing at our very own Rock City.
Conrad, 27, made quite a splash in 2015 lending his vocals to Kygo’s debut single Firestone which became an instant chart hit.
After gaining widespread radio airplay in the UK and in the US, the singer- songwriter released his own debut single Hold Me Up, followed by Start Again.
This is a massive move for the Aussie, whose voice will feature in ten different television adverts around the world, including ads for the Rio Olympic Games and the UEFA Euro 2016 tournament.
“It’s great timing”

Speaking to me about his recent success he said: “I just have a great agent you know, I have been lucky enough to support and work with some really cool people like Ed Sheeran, Jess Glynne, Maroon 5, we got to do some real cool stuff.
“I played a lot of festivals, it was a great platform for me to put my own music out. It’s great timing.”
The global soft drink company rarely associates itself with one artist. Previous campaigns have been fronted by Aretha Franklin and Ray Charles. Stepping in some pretty big shoes, Sewell’s future looks as bright as a coke bottle.
